This is a yak. When I was in San Francisco I saw a sweater… more like a shawl… made out of yak. It was $950! Ouch! I had reached out to feel it ’cause it looked soft (which it was) and when I touched it (just barely brushed it) it fell off the hanger into my hands. Instantly the saleslady was right there! She took it from me and asked if I wanted to try it on, right at that same moment the price tag swung so I could see it… no wonder as soon as I touched it she was right there!
I don’t have much else then the yak picture at the moment. But if I can get my homework done then I have pictures I’d like to take and post… And I’ve seen some “stash inventory” postings going about and I think that I could stand to take a look through my tubs!!
