For my Wednesday night class we have to do a videotaped interview with “an older person” about their memories of school. I have been racking my brain for who to do… Now I’ve got it arranged… I’m going to do my video of my father, with perhaps my stepmother and / or my uncle in it…
Dad lives in Maine so to get there with a video camera presented a bit of a logistical problem… now I’m going there as part of a business trip to Chicago. (Yes, I realize that statement doesn’t make a lot of sense… Going to Maine via Chicago…) But it turns out that I can fly from Chicago to Portland for a bit over half the price of Pittsburgh to Portland… so, on March 10th I am flying PIT to ORD, then ORD to PWM via PHL… then on the 13th I’ll fly from PWM to ORD via LGA, go to the meeting I’m scheduled to attend in Chicago on the 14th and then fly back home ORD to PIT that evening…
