So… Lisa commented on my last post and when I went over to her blog I found this, which I promptly had to go do and post and link to and all that ’cause I thought it was rather neat:

create your own personalized map of the USA
So, I’ve been to 24 states and D.C., as you can see, it is quite heavily skewed towards the northeastern corner of the map…

In other news:

I did finish the beige top!!! Yes! Before a full year was up! Pictures will follow this week…

The Pittsburgh Knitting Festival on Saturday was great fun! CherylBetsy, Leslie and I met up first thing in the morning. Jill came in a bit later as she was working Bonnie Knits’ booth. Then after lunch we met up with Jenn and her friend Dee. I also saw Debbie who used to come to Panera knit nights and another Bonnie who is a member of Loyalhannon Spinners.

Some yarn and roving followed me home… big surprise there. From two skeins of Noro Iro I picked up I already finished a cute ponchette designed by Bonnie of Bonnie Knits. Pictures of that this week too… I changed the top and bindoff though and it’s almost too tight around the neckline… which it wouldn’t have been if I hadn’t gotten creative though…

I’d love to write more… but I have got to go jump in the shower so I can make it to work on time… and tonight is a school night…
