So… I finished a pair of socks!
They even fit! Next pair are going to have taller cuffs though! These are almost too short.
And in sewing, I finished a big giant lizard!
It is for my nephew, Michael, who turns fourteen this Friday!

What else is going on? Well, I did three days in the high school and middle school… one day as a seventh grade teacher and two days as a senior high math teacher… I also spent a day in a different district as a fourth and fifth grade learning support teacher… And it is back to elementary for me!!! I had to respectfully tell the district that I couldn’t do substituting in secondary on a daily basis!
On Saturday morning I went and took two Praxis exams… update in four to six weeks on how I actually did. English 7-12 and Math 7-9 for those of you following along at home…
On Saturday afternoon Betsy, Cheryl, and Donna and I got together and knit together, chit-chatted, and enjoyed each others company… which we hadn’t all done for months… which was way too long!
