I’m home early for the day. Reason for that in a bit. But first you have got to see the barn! It is so very, very close to being done.
You’ll notice the gate is up, and the barn door. Montey put a cool crosshatch on the door. He’s going to do another on the big blank wall of the “llama port” to match.
I also got this picture from the back.
Here is a picture of the underside of the llama port. This is where Montey mounted the rack from the first deer Muttley brought home.
Here is your first glimpse of the inside. This is the wall between the “barn part” of the barn and of the “non-animal” part. There is still a door that goes here. It’ll be another nine-light like is on the front. Its windows and the other window in the barn part will be up pretty high, more for light then for the llamas to look out… LOL.
So we’re ready… I talked to the llama lady and I think we’ll be able to get them this weekend.
In the meantime we have bunnies playing in the field.
Of course, inside the house, we still have our feline babies, Silky Slim and Linny Lou-Lou. I wonder what they’re going to think of the llamas!
Being that I’ve been sparse on the pictures lately I figure you could use two more pictures. Plus it is always hard to pick which pictures I should post being that both of them are hams.
So why was I home early today?

It was fun, though a bit painful… LOL
And, since this really is a knitting blog, it might be nice if I posted an actual picture of some knitting every once in a while, yes?
