I just love when we have our knit-togethers! Last night was at my house! Betsy, Cheryl, Donna, Jill, Leslie and I had a great time! As did Montey I believe, but he did lose his couch seat for the night
Both the cats got a ton of attention as well… which they sucked up to no end!
We celebrated Jill’s birthday. Donna’s husband made a cake and Donna decorated it. Yum!

Betsy joined the dark side and started her first sample sock. She turned they heel and finished the gusset decreases last night so she’s well on her way to being another sockknitter!
Montey, knitting machine that he is, made everybody slippers to take home!
And I finished a small purse out of Noro (needs felted)
Then, right after everybody was gone I finished the bindoff of a cat bed I’ve had going for a bit… It is almost all handspun yarn (it needs felted as well)
Add that to a quick scarf I did a couple weeks ago when I was frustrated with the speed of my knitting… and I think I have three finished objects for 2006!!!
Now, I’m off to work on a paper that I thought was due tomorrow… turns out it isn’t due until the 27th but I figure I might as well start on it now…
